THE Easiest Macro Friendly Pizza by The Pizza Pack. No More Cheat Days!

All right, alright everyone! The holidays are over and it is time to get serious again!! We know many people have New Year’s resolutions to be healthier, so we have the perfect recipe to get you started on eating right! Don’t worry! It is still VERY delicious! Pizza Pack’s Macro Friendly Pizza is 255 calories, 16 grams of protein, and still delicious! What is even better? It will only take you about 15 minutes to put together and bake! That’s right, we’ve brought you a HEALTHY pizza!

The macros for this recipe are all in the crust, so let’s talk about that for a moment. To make this recipe quick and simple, we chose to use a yummy pre-made crust and those macros look like; 150 calories, 25g carbs, 9g protein, and 2g fat. Now if you have the time and energy you could certainly make your own crust as well! We’ll show you how to do that later in this recipe! 

Ingredients:


Optional Ingrediens:

  • Fresh Basil (if you're feeling fancy)
  • Almond Shreds (if you want to add more protein)
  • Meat (turkey, pepperoni, etc., for added protein in meat form)

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit 
  2. Remove the prepared pizza crust from package
  3. Top the crust with your sauce and sprinkle with seasonings (optional)
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top of the sauce (add as much or as little as you’d like!)
  5. Add that fresh basil on the very top if desired 
  6. Place into oven directly on the rack or on a baking sheet if preferred 
  7. Bake for 7-10 minutes
  8. Remove from the oven and grab a slice! 

Storage or Meal Prep:

Not only is this a perfect healthy recipe, but we also have the perfect storage for it too! Use The Pizza Pack to store any leftovers you may have OR use it for meal prepping if you choose to make this at the beginning of your week!

What You’ll Need:

The Steps: 

  • Combine the two ingredients, roll into a ball and knead for 30 seconds 
  • Put a small amount of flower on a clean flat surface (you made need to add more throughout the process to counteract the sticky dough)
  • Add flour to a rolling pin and roll dough on the floured surface
  • Place rolled dough onto a pizza pan 
  • Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
  • Take out of oven and your toppings (sauce, mozzarella, seasonings)
  • Bake for another 10-12 minutes
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy!
