A delicious pizza the entire family will enjoy! This is the perfect low-cost “homemade” pizza for the family when you have a lot to do and not a lot of time to spend on dinner. We’re going to show you how to make this yummy pizza with an airfryer, oven, only FOUR ingredients, and in a total prep and cook time of 25 minutes tops!
Ingredients:
- Standard Prepared Pizza Crust: Use any pre-made crust you prefer. We chose to use Momma Mary’s Original Pizza Crust.
- Alfredo Sauce: Use any alfredo sauce that you prefer. We chose to use Great Value Alfredo Pasta Sauce.
- Frozen Crispy Chicken: There are so many different chicken options you could use whether it is different types of frozen chicken or unfrozen boneless chicken breasts. For time purposes we chose to use Frozen Breaded Chicken Breast Tenders
- Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
- Place frozen crispy chicken into the Air Fryer.
- Set air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- Air fry chicken for 5 minutes then flip, and air fry for an additional 5 minutes
- While the chicken cooks remove the prepared pizza crust from package
- Brush crust with a thin layer of olive oil
- Top the crust evenly with a generous layer of Alfredo Sauce
- Once chicken is finished, cut/slice to desired size and layer it on the crust
- Place into oven directly on the rack or on a baking sheet if preferred
- Bake for 7-10 minutes
- Remove from the oven and eat up!
Last but most important step: Store any leftovers in your airtight Pizza Pack!
Optional Additional Toppings:
If we're being honest, is there really any limit to what can be topped on pizza? The answer is, “The limit does not exist”! These are some really good a for the Chicken Alfredo Pizza specifically:
- Fresh Spinach (If you choose to add spinach we recommend you saute it in a skillet on the stove until it is wilted. Don't worry! This only adds an extra 1-2 minutes or so!)
- Baby tomatoes (halved)
- Broccoli
- Cheese of your preference, we’ll sometimes add shredded mozzarella!
- Parmesan Cheese
- Banana Peppers
- Salt
- Pepper
- Italian Seasoning
- Anything else you might want to add!
Like other types of pizza there are many ways you can adjust this recipe to meet your needs! If you are looking for a healthier Chicken Alfredo Pizza try using alternative ingredients:
- Gluten-free crust for example CAULIPOWER, Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
- Bertolli Alfredo Sauce which is a low carb premade alfredo sauce
- Unfrozen chicken breasts (cook them yourself with any seasoning you want!) or frozen grilled chicken.
- Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Add any and all the veggies!
All of these alternative ingredients can be found at your typical grocery stores including Walmart, Publix, Target, SamsClub, etc. There are many different approaches and directions you can go when making your Chicken Alfredo Pizza whether it's doing everything from scratch, taking a more health-conscious approach, or following this one to a T for a super quick meal.
